Bridging Worlds: A Story of Compassion, Connection, and Community
In a world driven by fast-paced innovation and digital transformation, a group of volunteers from OSF and Salesforce chose to slow down — to connect, to listen, and to give back. Their destination: Kathmandu, Nepal. Their purpose: to walk alongside Indreni, a grassroots charity that has become a second home to 70 children and a beacon of opportunity to over 700 more through local schools.
This journey was not just about travel. It was about stepping into the heart of community. Through their partnership with Indreni, the OSF and Salesforce teams witnessed firsthand what it means to invest in hope — not just from afar, but shoulder to shoulder.
Building More Than Walls
During their time in Kathmandu, volunteers rolled up their sleeves and got to work — painting classrooms, refurbishing school spaces, and helping to create environments where children feel welcomed, respected, and inspired. These hands-on efforts were more than maintenance — they were a message: you matter.
Connecting Through Play, Laughter, and Letters
Beyond the paintbrushes and tools, the deeper magic happened in moments of connection.
